About Cinco Lagos
Cinco Lagos is Chef Brian Polcyn’s reinvention of Five Lakes Grill. For 14 years Five Lakes Grill graced the town of Milford as a destination restaurant that brought foodies from all over to dine. In July 2009 Five Lakes Grill closed its doors only to reopen as Cinco Lagos which means five lakes in spanish.

Chef Brian was motivated to create a Mexican restaurant in Milford for two reasons. One is that his favorite restaurant he owned was Chimayo, a New Mexican inspired restaurant that was located in Pontiac and the second is his heritage. Chef Brian is also of Mexican decent and grew up on home made Mexican dishes that his mother would make.

Cinco Lagos will become the premier Mexican restaurant in the town of Milford and in Michigan. It will follow in the same steps as Chef Brian’s other restaurants – fresh ingredients, house made charcuterie, great flavors, and exciting food.

Look forward to house made salsas, incredible tacos, enchiladas the way that Chef Brian’s mom used to make, killer margaritas, Mexican beers, grilled skirt steaks, and much more.
